ORDER POLICY
Because we have different policy of each item, please take your time to read the following guidelines carefully to help you place orders from us.
You can find there are Four Major items listed in our website as Digital products , LCD products, DVB-T and GPS etc .
Digital products policy:
Delivery time: within 7 to 10 workdays after getting payment.
Bullk Orders Apply Below--Package: Sample---Neutral material and design
Mass qty----over 300pcs, can show customer logo
Payment term: PayPal/MoneyGram in advance. (Google CheckOut add 3 days)
Warranty: One year
RMA service: Send back defective goods for repair in warranty, but this just for quality problem, users destroy will not be our responsibility.
RMA freight: Buyers pay the sending back freight, we pay freight after repair.
LCD products policy:
Delivery: around 7 to 10 workdays after getting payment.
Bulk Orders Apply Below-Mass qty----around 20 workdays after getting 50% deposit
Transportation methods: Strongly recommend to ship by express courier to avoid accident damage.
Package: Sample----Neutral material and design
Mass qty: Neutral, if customer logo required on package, extra 2.5 dollar/pc is required.
Payment terms: Less than 300pcs, 50% deposit by PayPal or T/T, balance to be paid before shipment.
More than 300pcs, 70% irrevocable L/C at sight is acceptable.
Logo: Silk print
Transportation methods : According to customer’s requirement.
Warranty : 1% spare parts (excluding panel) one year .
